Where imagination meets materiality
This exhibition showcases some of the work of final year students in the Bachelor of Design (Stage & Screen) and Costume Construction programmes at Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School.
The exhibits range from AV installations examining visual sampling in music video and the environmental health of our rivers to intricately finished fantasy costumes that demonstrate the wide spectrum of independent and self-driven exploratory work of students on the cusp of becoming designers and costumiers in the film, event and live performance arena.
