Box Office Sales: Conveniently you can buy your tickets through the Masterton and Martinborough i-Sites and Carterton Events Centre. Staff at all 3 locations have been briefed on the Festival. There are also a few events where tickets can only be purchased from the venue please see kokomai.co.nz for details. For a full list of other outlets please visit eventfinda.co.nz

Door sales: are subject to availability. Any door sales will be available to purchase at the venue from 60 minutes prior to the start of the performance. We can only accept cash.

Booking fees/charges: Where possible booking fees are included within the ticket price. Additional charges are: credit card charge when buying online; agency fee if buying from a box office or over the phone; delivery/collection charges if applicable.

Booking conditions: The Kokomai Creative Festival reserves the right to change the schedule by amending dates or replacing events or artists. Any changes will be advertised on the kokomai.co.nz and Kokomai Festival Facebook page. There are no exchanges or refunds on ticket price or service fees except as required by law or in the event that a show is cancelled. Transaction fees are not refundable. Tickets are non-transferable between events. No refunds or exchanges on lost or stolen tickets.

A child is aged between 5 and 18 years. All children over the age of 5 requires a ticket.
